Your health and safety are managed by a highly qualified, multi-tier medical team [1]. All clinical clearances, medical evaluations, and prescriptions are handled by our licensed Physician Assistants (PAs) or Nurse Practitioners (NPs). All in-lounge clinical treatments, diagnostic scans, and wellness therapies are directly administered by licensed Registered Nurses (RNs).
How does the clinical process work for receiving an IV drip?
To ensure absolute medical safety, all new clients undergo an initial clinical assessment by our PA or NP to grant medical clearance. Once you are cleared, a Registered Nurse will custom-blend your selected premium formula and safely administer your IV vitamin therapy in our private lounge suites or location of your choice.
How does the medically supervised weight loss program workflow work?
Our data-driven weight management program follows a strict clinical protocol to guarantee safe, sustainable results:
Medical Clearance: A licensed PA or NP conducts an initial medical evaluation to clear you for the program.
Diagnostic Assessment: A Registered Nurse performs your advanced InBody 570 body composition scan to establish your baseline health metrics.
Plan Development: We build a customized weight loss protocol that may utilize prescription GLP-1 lifestyle medications and/or targeted metabolic Lipotropic Vitamin Injections (MIC).

Telehealth & Virtual Urgent Care
What conditions can you treat via your telehealth urgent care service?
Our licensed clinicians evaluate and treat a variety of non-life-threatening acute conditions online, including colds, flu, sinus infections, allergies, rashes, and UTIs. If clinically indicated, your provider can electronically route a prescription directly to your local pharmacy.
How do I receive my medications after a telehealth or in-person care visit?
Virtual Televisits: Your licensed provider will electronically route your prescriptions directly to the retail pharmacy of your choice for immediate pickup.
In-Person Cough & Cold Care: For added convenience, we can ship your wellness medications directly to your home for an additional shipping and handling cost.
Can I use your telehealth service if I live outside Staten Island or Brick?
Yes. Our virtual urgent care providers are fully licensed to treat patients anywhere throughout the states of New York and New Jersey. You do not need to live near our physical lounges to access our digital health services.

We highly recommend booking your appointment online to secure your preferred date and time. However, we do accommodate last minute and same-day bookings you can call our office for availability. Virtual telehealth visits are available daily.
