Cancellation Policy

To secure all appointments, it is mandatory to provide a credit card. Please note that there will be no charges at the time of booking. By submitting your credit card details, you automatically agree to our cancellation policy. In order to minimize last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments, we request that any rescheduling or cancellations occur at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to adhere to this notice period will result in a fee of $50. We acknowledge that emergencies can arise, and this fee will be waived for the first occurrence. However, for any no-shows or modifications made within 2 hours of your appointment, the full service fee will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to maintain availability for all our clients.
